preparation: to establish a company, we need the following information:
- Legal form (stock corporation, limited liability company, partnership, branch, etc.)
- Company Name (Check on www.zefix.ch): technical designations or fancy names are possible, names of persons only the are the founders. Information must not be misleading, therefore terms such as "international" are sometimes problematic.
- CEO, board member (name, citizenship, residence, date of birth, in case of more than one executives: chief executive officer)
- Founders/shareholders (for persons: name, residence, citizenship, date of birth; for companies: registered business address and a certified copy from the company register; if there are several founders: % distribution of the shares among them)

Account opening (in Switzerland) and compliance:
Opening a blocked account: for registering a corporation, a blocked account has to be opened with a Swiss bank for initial capital which has to remain there until the company is registered. We help you to do this from distance.
Opening a company account: once a company is registered in the commercial register, management can open a corporate account: in a Swiss bank or in a bank outside Switzerland. We gladly show you the steps and help you in completing the documentation.
